Looking for a low maintenance yet festive Easter (or spring) game for your kids? If you answered yes, then you’ll want to check out this activity! Not only is it easy to make but both infants and toddlers can enjoy it in different ways.
Younger babies will love the sensory experience of moving the soft pom-poms through the gooey soap, while older toddlers can get more technical, working to move all the pom-poms into the bunny tail. This simple yet engaging activity helps with fine motor skills, sensory exploration, and hand-eye coordination all while keeping the mess contained – my favorite part!

Materials Needed:
- Bunny Outline. Download your free PDF HERE!
- Gallon Size Ziplock Bag
- Nail Polish Remover
- Clear Hand Soap
- Sharpie Marker
- Six Pom Poms
- Washi or Painters Tape
Directions:
- If you can’t draw to save your life, download and print our free bunny outline from the link above
- Take your nail polish remover and wipe off the ‘Ziplock’ logo on the bag
- Insert the bunny PDF in the Ziplock bag and trace the bunny outline with your sharpie marker. TIP: the metallic Sharpies work the best
- Draw an outline of a bunny tail similar to the picture above – large enough to fit several pom poms in it
- Fill your Ziplock bag with clear hand soap
- Add the pom poms to the back and close it shut
- For added security and ease, tape the bag to the floor or table
That’s it! Now your little one can squish, push, and play with the pom-poms while enjoying a festive Easter activity. It’s a great way to keep them entertained while you sneak in a cup of coffee (or maybe even some Easter treat prep!).
If you try this out, let me know how your little one enjoys it!
